Hey...

I'm just posting this to see what everybody is doing for a daily supplement routine. I'm looking to change some things up and just interested in what you guys are doing.

I mean just your day to day OTC supplements (not referring to AAS).
You can give types (BCAA or be as specific as product names, times, and amounts).

Mainly meaning:
-mult vitamins (double dose of childrens chewables)
-pre workout (white flood)
-BCAA/EAA (purple wrath)
-Creatine (green magnitude)
-EFA (fish oil, CLA)

And things like that.
 
Ruthless 3D multi, Vitamin C, N2Guard, Stinging Nettle Root, Fish Oil, N2slin, Forged Joint Repair , Whey to Build Muscle, Dextrose, Forged Liver Support, NAC, Tumeric, and N2KTS. These are all my staples right now on cycle.
 
Ashwagandha powder
BCAA
Glutamine
Creatine Puryvate
Cluco+CSA+MSM
Mania PWO
Top Fuel Recovery Drink
Fish Oil
Multivitamin with minerals and antioxidants
Milk Thistle extract
NAC
Probiotics
Protein ( micro whey isolate & time released blend )

^ These are more or less staples for me, I'm on a cycle atm, and ran out of N2Guard so added some extra for a time being:

LIV 52
Burner Metabolic Activator
Red Yeast Rice
COQ10
Vitamin B-6 & B-12 ( extra dose )
Saw Palmetto
Super Salt Balans ( natty diuretic )
Juniperus Metoplex ( natty kidney support )

GABA, Low dose dhea with Yohimbe, cod liver oil, Krill oil, Ginko biloba, L-phenylalanine(used rarely), reservertol. Just recovered from an injury so I'm not quite back in the gym yet but these products seem to be working well for me.
