It doesn't actually matter when you take it, only that you take it consistently. It's not really going to help you with aerobic endurance though. Something like cardarine from esarms.com could help you with that.
cardarine and sr9009 are both sold at sarms1, those are what you want for endurance.
creatine will not make a difference at all, although it does have its place

Creatine does NOTHING for endurance.
Cardarine (GW-501516) from www.esarms.com would be a better option.
