I would take it split up into two doses per day. One of those can be post workout..taking it before hand may upset your stomach while your lifting or make you feel bloated/sluggish.
I keep hearing about how people feel bloated and getting a upset stomach. I am using Prolab creatine never have any problem. I take 1 spoonful before working out and one after. Could it be that Prolab is not pure enough or maybe i just have a tolerance for it?
