Best time to take osta?

I just started my osta from uniquemicals yesterday, and I was wondering what is the best time to take it? First thing in the morning? preworkout? Post workout? What time do you guys take it? I tried search with no luck. I'm running 25mg per day. Thanks guys!

Hmmm I read that you don't have to split osta like s4 because osta has a 22hr half life. But it never specified when to take it tho

I would listen to orbit. May have a longer half life but spacing it out will give you more stable and constant t levels in the blood stream giving you a better result.
