I would have had it two days ago but the damn FedEx sig required is killing me. I signed the tag and put it back on my door for them to just leave it and i found the damn tag in my bushes and a second tag on my door. Grrrrrrrr!!!

I plan to use 1 scoop as an intra-workout drink, I can't wait to try this.

They are meant to be mixed with water, they taste good enough to not need anything else. And for those of us on keto diets, one shake with milk pretty much ruins the day.

You have to take into consideration that this protein is mainly to be used pre and post workout. You would only want to take one serving at each time, 10g of protein. You don't need nearly as much because of the advanced absorption.
