Excerpt: good evening everyone I was wondering if you guys use multivitamins and how much should I use per day and do they actually help with our health. I have a free sample of animal pak and I'm not seeing any benefits using it for the past 2 weeks. Maybe I should switch to a different brand?

    It has good marketing behind it but not a great product. Stick to 3D Multi or N2Guard from N2BM.

    ANimal Pak has a lot of bullshit window dressing ingredients. N2GUARD is the real deal.
