this is a great produc. I've been using it 2 caps twice per day, and been eating all kinds of junk food, havn't really noticed any fat gain from it. i love this stuff. it could be mental, but I take this before a high carb bfast, and i feel like I have alot more energy to use and dont get hungry as quickly.

Crazy how fast this shit kicks in.. Just started another bottle and the calories are having to increase, viens are showing, feeling stronger and wweight is decreasing slowly

Absolutely. My body responds very nice to this product as well. About 1 week into taking only 2 caps a day my body changes dramatically. I love it!!
