Ha ha your all so funny!!! I just want to know if its best to inject like 1/2/3 hours before training, or only on off days etc. To get the full benefit.

it doesnt matter what time bro. its not like it will be out of your system in 2 hours. just take it when its convenient for you

look i have to say it is kinda funny.. but most people take the shot about an hour before they work out.. you should feel somthing like you get hot or somthing most do about an hour after your shot or maybe sooner... so that is what i say Hell most shoot up right before the work out...
