Test, & nolvadex.. enough nolva to avoid gyno?

Would 10mg Nolva ed be enough to counter gyno while taking 400mg enanthate a week?(mon/thur)

400mg/wk isn't a huge dosage, so I doubt you'll get gyno unless you are prone to it.

If you are really paranoid, I'd bump it up to 20mg/ed just to be safe.

Yeah....it's enough. Many don't even need an anti-e for that dosage. If gyno symptoms appear just boost the dosage up....but not before. No sense adding more chemicals in your body when they are not necessary.

just take adex at 0.25mg ed during your test cycles. adjust according to level of bloat if any.

i thought that taking anti-e's can inhidit gains? Why take them unless you having problems, not if you are paraniod.

10mlg of Nolva when using 400mlg Test per a week is even an overkill.....obviously you MIGHT be extremly sensetive to gyno and that might not be enough for you.

But 10mlg should be plenty ,I would even go for 10mlg EOD.

I cycle 500mg enanthate/week and 500mg/eq/week and only take 10mg of Nolva per week. A half of a 20mg pill on Mondays with the first shot.
