Okay, here's one for you. I know it sounds completely queer, but stick with me.

When I was in high school, there was this kid who at 14 looked like he was 30. He had facial hair and muscles and even slightly thinning hair. So you figure had had an abundance of DHT, right? Well, there was one other thing that everybody couldn't help but notice because he walked around unabashedly in the locker room. The guy had the SMALLEST penis I've ever seen! I mean, it was like a baby's. About the size of a roll of Rolaids with half the roll gone. So...WTF????

DHT during puberty plays a very important part in penis development. Studies have shown that DHT levels during puberty are correlated with penis size. He must have had issues during puberty, or the timing of his hormones were off.

DHT gel is used for teens with micro-penis and yes it does increase penis size. It also increases size in some grown men.

I've read a lot.. I've also seen that pre-pubescent males have a better reaction to androgen therapy.. Why would this be, do you think? What changes after puberty that makes us stop growing there..?

Perhaps there is a yet unidentified hormone in play? One stopping growth or perhaps a penis-specific androgen?

Also, is the IGF injected directly into penis tissue usually? or subcutaneous as normal?

There is no scientific established fact as to why it stops after puberty.

A small percentage of adult males respond, but the percentage is very small, like 1%. IMO something didn't go right during puberty and androgen therapy finishes the job. How? Nobody knows. There is not much science on this and few published articles.

DHT has been shown in studies of pre-pubescent and post-pubescent men to cause penis growth. IMO DHT is probably the primary specific hormone involved. HGH has also been used in conjunction with DHT and it adds to the growth effect. I know full grown men have used DHT cream and gained penis size. Same goes for HGH.

Directly into the corpus cavernosum at the base of the penis. If you ever want to check out the proper injection procedures look up the instructions for caverject (alprostadil) (which is a vasodilator for impotence, it is an injection that causes erections.) It is important to inject correctly so you do not hit a nerve.

I have looked into DMSO and IGF-1, a topical (caverject now has one) for ease of administration but I believe the molecular weight of IGF-1 is too heavy. Also, it may destroy the peptide because of the PH of DMSO. MGF doesn't have the PH issue but the molecule is still (most likely) too large to penetrate the skin with a topical solution.

Your penis may appear smaller or larger on a day to day basis..
It is all in the blood flow..
One day it may be real small and scrunched up, but the next day it will be full, hanging and flailing when I move about.. All about blood flow.. Some days I will have 6 inch erections, some days less..

to be honest i've personallly never noticed a difference but i have friends that SWEAR that their dick gets bigger on things like HGH and that on tren they get veinier..which is a weird conversation to have... lol

AV I take a lot of Viagra or cialis liquid pill whatever. I wake up with raging hard ons multiple times in the night I do believe my penis is larger, noticeable larger. So I am wondering if it's the self stretching from being so hard or the hgh I take or all the test n other stuff. Eiter way it's bigger.
