Are steroids legal in Chile?

I tried searching the net, but can't find the answer. I am looking to see if they are available at a pharmacy or vet without a prescription. (like Mexico)

I lived there bro. From what I remember they were non-prescription. I went like 4 years ago, walked into a pharmacy, asked for "testosterona 250" and they sold it to me along with pins like if I was buyin' aspirin. Let me verify with my brother how's the scenario over there these days.

Yes, when I was in the military my ship pulled into Valpraiso and all me and my buddies did was walk into a pharmacy with our english/spanish dictonary and ask for testosterone....the pharmacist grabbed one of each and showed us the selection. This was back in '01 however, but I doubt its changed.
