My coach really wants me to make a certain weight he set for me in the next few weeks.
I have access to anything i need, just not much experience. I just want know what i can use to lose weight and keep my energy up while i'm at practice. I have given up on supplements, the only thing that worked was e/c/a but my body got used to it.
