rear delt injections

i tried one and just about lost the dart when i injected, how do you guys succeed doing this, do you use a insulin pin or a regular one.

Unless your talking about Esiclene, or Synthol injections, I would personally stick to the standard center-mass, mid-delt injections, which is where you should be hitting. Switch back & forth from left to right, and rotate the sites in a circle around approximately a 1/4" diameter so your not always hitting the exact same spot. This will help with scar tissue.

The last time I competed I was taking alot of shit, so I had to use my rear delt. I had to have my girl do it for me because my arm couldn't reach that angle. I used a 23 gauge 1 inch with NO problem-except an awesome pump- do it on your delt trng. day so it disperses
