Quick B12 Question --- How to inject?

1) What size syringe/pin do you use for b12 injections?

2) How do you inject? Intra-muscular like gear, or SubQ like slin?

It is IM (intramuscular) check out this website for tips.....I recomend the Glutes.....

IM. Anywhere really. I use a 27 gauge 1 1/4 inch, butt, thighs, delts.

Damn Buff, we are agreeing a lot lately! IM anywhere, a real easy painfree inject. If you are using vet b12, make sure that you get b12 not b-vitamin complex, the complex is yellow instead of bright red and hurts!

Just to complicate things, know that there are different B12's. Cheapo cyanocobalamin, slightly better hydroxycobalamin, and top 'o the line methylcobalamin (my 12 of choice!). "They" say the methyl crosses the blood brain barrier readily, unlike the others, and lasts longer. But don't ask me a bunch of ?? about these because I'll have to go research it and it's close to beddy-bye for me.
