PCT required after blast if I cruise?

So I'm currently doing 400 Test C per week for about 8 weeks. Then I will be cruising at 100+ Test E possibly forever (TRT). Do I need to worry about rebound when moving from blasting to cruising? Currently taking 1 mg of Adex per week, which I will drop when I start cruising again. I was thinking of using some forma for a few weeks when I drop out of blasting. I may add some Hcg to the cruise, but I can't get any ATM.
