For maximal fat-loss isn't T-Rex better taken on empty stomach along with two caps of L-Rex ?

Are you referring to a.m. (when you wake up) empty stomach or in between meals? I reckon the former

AM on empty stomach first dose and secord or third dose between meals. My target is maximal weighloss.

Ginger Root seems to take care of the stomach discomfort, for me anyway.
