Liquid oral vs tab oral

I wanted to know what you guys think is the better option ? I have access to either and I was wondering if one alternative is better than the other? What do you guys recommend?

I would like to take tab oral because it's every eassy however I am not a big fan of orals

it all comes down to quality, not the form because whether oral or liquid, if its quality, the results will all be the same
