I took my 100mg Fina shot today. A few hours later my girl and I took a trip to the Tanning Salon. Stand up booth.
Half way threw the session I was experiencing a Pinching sensation at the exact point of needle insertion followed by excruciating pain in the same area. I had to stop the session and massage my leg for like 10 minutes until it settled down.

Has any one else experienced this after injecting?
