Deca.. how long to run

For your cyle would you run 400mg of deca for eight weeks or 300mg for ten weeks? The rest of the cycle is 50mg dbol for 5 weeks and 400mg of sus test till the end. This is for a newbie only! thanks bro's

Definitely run it for 10 weeks! Deca is a has a very long ester and takes a while to really kick in, so the longer it's run, the better. Some people even run it for 12 weeks.
