Vicodin/percs, any of the opiate pain killers can have that effect. Keep in mind most women don't want to get pounded on for 40 min and you get frustrated wanting to nut and it ain't happening. This was my point. Taking such a thing to stop you from cumming is OTT to me and not good at all. I don't like taking any strong painkillers. Sure if the guy used it once a month it's not ideal but not so bad. But if done regularly I can see major issues arising from that.
