my training partner today knocked out 8reps with 100lb dumbells on flat dumbell press, i was stoked but then he did 105lbers for 5 reps so i had to and to my surprise i did it too shattering my personal record twice in one workout. that may sound light to some of yall but i remember starting out using 35 lb dumbells whe i first set foot in the gym!!!!!!
just had to tell some one my girlfriend is getting sick of it i told her 4times tonight already!!!!!!!
