Ive used then on occassion in the past. Powerlifters and fighters love them.

yeh. I'm considering getting back into the cage. I was told they alter your way of thinking temp...like all you want to do is destroy the person in front of you, confidence, rage, brutality, insane aggressiveness

I know a few of the boys i fight with take them ,very intense rush and hard to follow any game plan once your in the moment.

I used to fight long time ago back home...did it for 11 1/2 years....thinking of getting back into it...was told it does wonders

Yeah i gave up work to concentrate on MMA while i can afford to , i'll ask tomorrow and give you some feed back , i haven't taken them but some close friends i train with every day have .
