Best way to workout / eat on epistane

Looking to bulk as much as I can, I know that Epi is primarily used for cutting. I would love to lose some fat around my stomach but still want to put on as much size as I can...
Without writing out my whole diet it consists of about 300g of protein and a lot of chicken / rice and sweet potatoes. Now since Epi reduces your body's ability to create fat cells does this give me a small pass to carb up or cheat a little bit? I've also never been one to do a lot of cardio... Should I work some in? Any tips greatly appreciated thanks guys
 
Speaking from personal experience Epistane is not good for bulking. It's too weak for that and it reduces your appetite so you end up eating less food.
 
the same way you would on any oral AAS.

its half beastdrol and have dbol .. just do what you would normally do on either.. take your liver supps, take your support supps, and run a PCT.

work your ass off in the gym and eat your ass off if you want to bulk. if you want to cut on it then merely cut down your calories a bit.
 
It can be used just like tbol bro. Lean size with a reduction in body fat. Trim up your calories a little, tear yourself apart in the gym, and make sure you get enough rest, sleep and recovery. The epi will do the rest.

This is my first time taking anything other than creatine / protein. I guess I'm just going to eat like crazy but try to stay away from like sodium and stuff... I have been going crazy in the gym, today is day 9 and my strength and endurance is definetly up. I get almost a euphoric feeling when I'm lifting
 
^^^ keep doing what you been doing.. i'm assuming you have trained naturally for a while and know how to workout.

i hope you aren't just a newb jumping into this with no knowledge of training or diet. that would be like a guy who rents a sailboat for the weekend then gets out in the ocean and has to learn how to sail.

No I have Been lifting hard and eatin good for about 4 years now. I know what I'm doing for the most part. Just not when it comes to AAS / PH
 
It has milk thistle and other support products in it.. Aren't those for liver?

Maybe they have milk thistle in em which is desigened for your liver yes BUT there are hardly any legislational laws in the supplement industry your product is either shite or contains to small amount of anything to help you-indicated by your pains, get some forged liver support or liv 52 mate both are highly respected products.

Makesure you researchand have the best protection available for you on cycle mate.

I have increased appetite if anything, though I always have a healthy appetite so its hard to say. I'm currently running epi right now. Just eat clean like you are doing, chick rice broccoli. Cut back on HG carbs, potatoes and other really starchy foods. Eat lots of green and mountains of chicken/eggs. You'll like the way you look after 6 weeks.
 
hey digi have you run many epi cycles was thinking of adding some to my test cycle, was wondering what extra gains you think it might add ? i know it a vaguish area/qustion, but have you felt like it was a good addition ?
 
Eat for your goals no mater what you are or aren't on....period. It really is that simple. The most weight I gained on a cycle was actually my first which was EPI solo for 6 weeks, but I ate and trained like an animal and gained 17 lbs. Of course there was some fat gain, but its all part of the game

Just 1 so far, but I'm finding it is similar to tbol as far as results. It has some estro control properties which makes it fantastic for use alongside a test cycle. Reasonably priced, I would say its a no brainer. Test E + Epi is a great cycle.

Actually, i got my gyno from epistane. So i disagree with the AI properties of it
