I have a helluva appetite so i have some tips
1. ONLY keep X amount of calories worth of food in your house.. don't keep tons of food.. everyone is paranoid about an apocalypse or something happening where they need weeks worth of food in their pantry. their fridge is full of shit.
2. stay off the tv.. that shit will make you want to snack
3. if you crave something bad, tell yourself you will eat it tomorrow. then the next day you won't be hungry for it lol.. it works
4. remember being 'hungry' is actually your body trying to detox. embrace hunger instead of feeding your body, you aren't a cat where you need food every 2 hours
