Looking for someone to help me with a meal plan i want to cut weight and keep muscle and strength as much as i can here's a little about me i am 5'1, 162 lbs, 21 yrs old i eat pretty clean i lost 14lbs so far in 6 weeks.... i am at the gym 6x a week i do mainly free weights i work every muscle.. my main goal is to become a fitness model
 
If you want to cut fat but not muscle, you need to remember that you can't put yourself on a big caloric deficit or your body will burn muscle instead of fat: it's easier for it. so your progress will have to be slow :(
 
It's a lot of work for someone to do a meal plan for someone else. What would be helpful is if you tracked everything you ate for 2-3 days and posted up and we can work with that.
