I have been asked about 20 times since I changed my avatar if that is me in it. Yep its me in 2000. I hope to be about 13# heavier at the USA than in that picture.

About 10 years of gear and 22years training. I could have had 2-3 PHDs with all the time I spent but then I would be a skinny bitch so I am glad that this is the path I took!

Freaking 10yo training with a little DP weight set. I weighed 114# at 5'6" when I was 13 (I am only 5'7" now) I trained clean and did well in open competition naturally (seconds and thirds) I did 8 sust on my first cycle and then did 6 sust, 9 deca, and 15 winny and won the Mr. Cincinnati at 24 yo!
