Whats Wrong

HI,
I'm 5'6" female, 119lb now, I'm trying lose some fat, any inch, I workout almost 4 years. Now I can't lose nothing, what's wrong. Here is my daily schedule:
1. 3 egg whites, 1oz tomatoes, 3cup veggies {lettuce, cabbage}, 1TB shredded FF cheese

2. 1/4 cup cottage cheese + 2TB FF yogurt + 1teas. PB
3. Talapie filets 3.5 oz + veggies 3 cup {lettuce, cabbage}
4. 1/4 cup cottage cheese + 2TB yogurt FF + 1 teas PB or walnuts 5 piece
5. Tuna 1/2 can + veggies 3 cup {lettuce, cabbage}+ 2teas sunflower seed
6. 1/2 cup cottage + 1 teas PB
sometimes I add organic FF low carb bread just 1 piece!!

I workout 4-5x week 2x/week CARDIO on empty stomach 25-30min and 2x/week after weight training 30min
MO chest+bic
Tu- back
We- OFF
Thu- legs
Frid - Shoulders + triceps
Sat - OFF
Sun - OFF
I use heavy weights max rep 6-8, each body part 3-4exercise.

I'm on Synthroid too 112mcg/daily.
what do you think I thinking about trying some fat burn as E/C or yohimbine, I 'm confused what's wrong I would like lose some fat but insted of my weight go up.
 
First of all, do cardio at least 4x a week in the morning. Lift with lighter weights for more reps. Cut back on the veggies or substiute some brocolli or green beans and add more lean protein. I would taper off the thyroid stuff too until you are able to do the above mentioned properly. PM me if you wish for some more diet help. :Chef: :tuc:
