Hey Guys,

I'm new to aas and desparately need some guidance from "the vets/pros" :)

Im 23 years old, approx 160 lbs, 5' 3", and 11% body fat..

Been hitting the gym hard for over a year (always been in sports though) about 4-6 times a week, supplementing Omega-3, amino acids, and of course proteins (isolates and caseins). In the past Ive used products like creatine and test boosters- but was never fully satisfied.

Im looking for some additional gains (5-15lbs max) and wondering if a moderate dose of test cyp (200-350mg/week) will be enough to yield the desired gains and development.

Short as fuck so never had a desire to be the biggest guy in the gym- always thought it looked funny...anyway....i can easily get just about anything...I currently have anavar on hand (10mg caps)..

Any suggestions as to what to do (cycles/dosages of course) ?? Thanks in adavance!!

You do not need steroids and to tell you the truth should not even be thinking about them right now bro. Now I know you will just keep asking from board to board till some one gives you the advice you are looking for...

But the only advice I will give you right now is STOP NO AND DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


You don't know how to train or eat yet and that is very very clear. Learn this first and put what you have learned into practice then think about steroids way way way down the rode. :D:D:D
 
Yeah with-out diet and training knowledge you will be more than disapointed with the rults.
 
im sure your going to do it anyways so better to ahev the right info instead of the guy at the gym telling you what to do..lol

1-10 test 350mg ew
1-8 var 50mg ed
hcg 500iu mid cycle 5 days ed
after last test shot hcg 500iu ed 5 days
11 days after last shot start pct
nolvadex 40mg 7 days
nolvadex 20mg 14 days
sustain alpha take during pct
have arimidex on hand and take .25mg eod if needed for estrogen..but you shouldnt need it

And this is why Need2 is the best, this is the correct advice. To reach your goals you need to eat and train hard. Its pretty obvious you aren't eating nearly enough at a weight of 160lbs. If you take steroids you'll gain probably 10-15lbs. And then in 2 months after you'll lose it all and be right back where you are because your diet isn't right. Steroids aren't a magic pill, if you don't have everything in check you might as well flush it down the toilet.

Check your natural hormone levels to see where you stand 1st.
Get diet 100% on point.
