shoulder hurt

I am 5 weeks into a great cycle 500 mg w tesct c 400 mg w decca. I was seeing great results and experiencing mind blowing pumps.
I came to fla to babysit my grandkids and got under my sons flat bench and bar doing bench press and locked my shoulder up. I was barely able to raise the bar to rack by myself and there wasn't anyone there with me so I got lucky. but I use dumb bells at home to keep some range of motion that doesn't lock me up. I have a bad shoulder anyway and too stubborn for surgery.
so what to do? let a couple days of rest see what they can do? don't take my next shots? decrease my high caloric intake and start back when it feels better? or try and train other parts thru end of cycle? I am sooo mad .
 
I've got a similar situation I started a cycle of 500 m.g. Test E 1.5 weeks ago and I started getting shoulder pain when benching, although I don't think I received a bad injury. I bought a shoulder ice pack at BIG5 and I am currently icing my shoulders as I type. I also am taking a week off the gym completely, and will then do another 15 rep easy week before starting back at a deloaded level for my heavy compound movemens.

I haven't started taking my AI yet, and I was wondering if I could benefit from slightly elevated estrogen levels in the mean time. I was also wishing I had DECA due to the joint effects. I'll let others give you more advice.
 
Warm up with cardio before you lift. Use 5-10lb dumbells and do high rep shoulder workouts to get the blood pumping in those shoulders.. that's been the best solution for my sensitive shoulders. Oh and make sure to massage your shoulders as you go through your workout,keep them loose.

About 8 weeks into my cycle, I tweaked my forearm trying to straighten up a crooked weight wrack. I then tweaked my shoulder pretty good compensating for the forearm pain. I couldn't lift 185 on the bench but could still go heavy on DBs. I adjusted my routine to avoid BBs for 2 weeks then gave it a try again. No problems. As stated above, I did a lot more warming up over those two weeks than I normal.
