New Routine Needs Help - No haters Please

Mon: Bi,Chest
Tue: Chest,Tri
Wed. Tri, Bi, Chest
Thur: Tri,Chest, Bi
Fri: Chest, Bi Tri

I do Abs every single day. I am eating 1400 cals pr day but my upper chest won't grow. WHat exercises do you peeps do to really rip up your upper pecs?

I would add 5grms deca and shoulders to monday. Your calories are way off too, you need to eat less or you will get fat!

That's a lot of calories. I hope that you're at least eating clean.

PS - 100 rep sets of push ups really worked wonders for my upper pecs. Really isolated it.


EDIT - I like how you are rotating the order of exercises each day, pro stuff here.
 
reverse, pinkies out, cable flies. don't go HEAVY, make sure its less than 10lbs per arm or you won't get a burn!!! I see chest work, but I don't see UPPER chest work, where's it at man???

I tried free weights but could never get the burn. I mostly do Machine Bench Press w/ my fee off the ground, to wicked isolate, and then I do as many reps as I can. I also try to rest as little as possible inbetween sets.

I have had a subscription to Muscle and Fitness Magazine for several years...it almost feel like I am cheating!

al, you as a regular to the training board should know that every routine is worthless without one of the following:

dermacrine
amplify 1000
red blast
 
Well, it could be worse. At least you're not doing any dangerous exercises like "deadlifts" and "squats" (ignore the post above this about lunging for a big deadlift - that dude clearly doesn't know anything about getting big).

But unless you're utilizing supersets and dropsets, bro, nothing is ever going to grow. Also, this may be a bit advanced for some, but have you tried doing your entire workout on the Swiss ball or, better yet, acting like you're going to do normal curls then running over and doing them on the Swiss ball? Really keeps the muscles guessing.

This might be a bit off-topic, but I heard that putting Dermacrine on your junk increases length and girth. Any truth to this? And petpre61, please don't suggest Red Blast. Everyone knows that Anafit's products became ineffective the moment they stopped being a sponsor on EF.

I would rather weigh 140lbs shredded and diced, than be a big fat powerlifter...girlzz like abzzzz. No one likes big muscle bound guys anyways...at least thats what my boyfriend told me

Have to up my sets on cable curls to balance out my guns.

Just make sure you eat EXACTLY 81 calories over maintence, or you will be a flabby powerlifter with 'faded abs'. And remember, you *have* to use 'roids to get over 160lbs everyone knows this.

First of all fat ass, your cals are way too high. Drop those cals to 500-1000 cause that is all you really need to grow. You also need to add some bicep work on Tues (I am sure that was just an oversite). I think I see your major problem. You need to do min of 25 reps and 10 sets of at least 10 exercises per body part if you want to build any serious muscle. Do that for 2 weeks and then start your all oral cycle of something like a bombs for 12 weeks cause I am sure you are scared to death of needles. If you don't get good results with that then regroup and read up on some new routines in your latest Muscle and Fitness mag and come back and complain how you can't grow and ask what we think about your new routine.

Dude, do I have to go over this again for your noob ass? It is concentration curls followed by straight bar cable curls supersetted with EZ bar 21's. All sets with your heaviest weight for high reps. Every day.

Advanced bros can throw in some sets of curls in the rack for massive gunz.

Pros also add high pulley cable curls (for practicing their double bicep pose) at the end. But that is only if you are on creatine. The ultra soluble micronized East German kind.

I think spot injections are the way to go. For instance, 2cc of Syntherol in your bis before your drop sets supersetted with dumbell kickbacks will have your arms ripping sleeves off your Crazee Wear.
On your off days, you stick some in your quads and calves to keeps things proportional. Makes those annoying gym rats sit back down and shut teh fuck up.

OF COURSE dermacrine will make you unit bigger, it works for EVERYTHING, its the ultimate supplement..just think about whatever you want to happen while taking it, and it works!!!! I know a guy who used it and went from 11" arms to 11 1/2"!!!!! That huge!!!

Man, I'm so jealous of your XL size...I have to go with the youth medium or it looks 'baggy'. You haven't figured out the sock trick yet???

The only advice I can offer is to by tighter shirts. It always helps. Tri and hit incline flies and arm work 7 days a week, you know you grow in the gym don't you?

For bigger upper pecs, I say on Wed instead of Tri, Bi, Chest; you'd wanna go with chest, tri, bi.....but make sure to preexhaust with flyes before any pressing, otherwise your other muscles will get tired before you can really ''feel'' the chest explode with massive growth.

Up the cals to 1401/day, that way you can gain ripped muscles, anymore and you'll slap on at LEAST 100lbs of fat that you'll never be able to lose.

oh yeah, dude, don't expect to be 160lbs without at least 8 cycles under your belt. My boy has done 12 cycles and he just cracked 162, he's shootin' for a 225 bench in 5 years and another 5 cycles.

damn man, I've fallen behind!! A&F tanks 3 for 98? thats the deal of the century! Its that for 'mens' or the 'boys'? I like to get 'boys' cause they fit tighter and show off these 14" gunzz better!

I had a guy spot me today - I was working triples on CGBP - He watched me write in my log book "x2" and said 'you did that 3 times' .... no, you touched the bar so I failed...as I am a failure.
 
My favorite ROM is the one where your holding an Olympic bar with 45lb plates on each side preparing to curl.... what u do is u lean forward with ur upper body and as u begin ur curl, u quickly rock back to curl the weight up! Of course, you have to grunt and groan through the entire motion so all the hot babes will look at you while your biceps peak and your vascularity quivers beneath ur freaky, insane paper-thin skin! You all know what I'm talking about!

No.... I need some of that stuff you cram in your arm that makes your balls drop. I actually have some, but got sick of T bagging bad spotters in my twenties.

I saw some guy doing that but his spotter was spotting RAW, without the head gear. Had a nice fresh pair of gloves on though... wouldn't want any callouses on those pretty hands. You just don't see that kind of old school attitude nowadays!

When did you start spotting yourself?

I was asked, yet again, to spot someone 'learning' deads. I told them I was untrained in spotting and that made me a risk. I asked 'how would I spot you, if you get stuck just drop it and step back'...he said 'can you drop the weight? I thought the spotter caught it.'

In the locker room I told him 'It puts the lotion on the shins, or it gets bar rash again'.. he looked like I asked to butt fuck him. I enjoy my gym.

pay attention that you eat your last meal in the afternoon - no eating in the evening - your body will switch all meal you eat in the evening into fat !!!

me personally do cable-kickbacks my middle triceps, it really explode, also lying quarter biceps cable curls !!

At the weekend I see you have some time for cardio and you should do it to get really ripped, but pls note that fat will only begin to burn
after 30minutes !!!

Don't train for more than 45-60min not to get the catabolic phase - all of your muscle will be destroyed then....

Big clue is to buy some L-Carnitin, overdose it and it can see the fat burning in the mirror !!!
