Need help with pumps

I need help here. Four weeks ago I started a cyclewith testosterone, turinabol, and winstrol. Some days ago I start tohave very strong cramps and pumps, like debilitating ones. I have tomove a lot at work, so this issue is causing me problems. Could it bebecause of badly done injections, or some other reason? Lookingforward for some valuable advice of yours.

No, this is not due to injections - it is because of winstrol, which can cause excessive pumps. You can supplement yourself with taurine, and it will help you a lot. Also, you can supplement with potassium (naturally found in bananas), as it will also help alleviate these pumps.

Muscle cramps/lower back pumps are a very common problem for a lot of steroid users. Especially when using oral steroids like tbol. Taurine is probably the best supplement you can take to prevent them.

Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

Oh, wow - thank you all for such detailed and good responses! Is taurine safe to use? I heard that Red Bull was a bad drink to take because of taurine....and where can you buy the taurine alone?

I will sure try out all of your suggestions. How fast should these tips help me? Does it take time, or the pumps will go away immediately?

Taurine is absolutely safe to use, because it is a naturally occurring amino acid, which you can in fact find in foods. Therefore, it is absolutely safe to consume, and you can buy it OTC in any pharmacy.

What is bad about Red Bull, is that it has so much caffeine together with sugar and other shit, which makes it act like a potent stim. But Taurine has nothing to do with that.

Taurine is simply an amino acid. It is not a stimulant or a hormone. It won't effect sleep, cortisol levels, testosterone production or anything like that.

You can buy a bulk taurine powder for cheap on amazon.
