Close Grip Bench Press
to 182.5-kilos (401lbs+) x 5 x 1 reps. Had I trained with a buddy I might have done 5 x 2 x 180-kilos

1/2 stack x 20 reps, 3/4 stacks x 20 reps, stack (eqv to 120kg/264lbs) x 20 reps

Good day for the left hand. Set up + load - o
LH: 82.5-kilos x 3 x 3 reps
RH: 88.75-kilos x 3 x 3 reps
