Megavol Cycle

Hi guys! I've recently just purchased a PH stack... Megavol, Epi, Trenavol and Pct.

promuscleproducts.co.uk

Been lifting for 2 years and weigh a solid 193 pounds... eat reasonable clean and keep my diet high in protein and calories.

Now I'm new to PH's so not saying I'm extremely knowledge but I've done my research on the sides to expect and how to run a cycle.... So by no means am I running the cycle that is suggested on the site I purchased these from because frankly a 14 week cycle is asking for my liver to die!! And would rather not stack on my first cycle.

My question is though what PH would you suggest to start off with for my first 4 week cycle?? I heard the Epi is fairly mild and good for beginners??

Cheers in advance!!

I've decided to start on the megavol at 20/20/30/30 see how that goes and what I can hold after PCT and then maybe stack the Epi and Trenavol for cutting on my next cycle as heard these work together Well?

Go with one to start off to see how you feel. Then if results are good you can stack up on your next cycle. Let us know how you get on!

Cheers guys will keep you posted! Started the Megavol so will see how this goes. Only side I'm feeling at the moment is slight pain in my chins so reckon I'll grab some taurine tomorrow.

Taurine is a really good inexpensive supplement that is often overlooked.

Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.
