Looking for a Workout Plan/Diet !

Hey guy's sorry to repost but I also need a diet ,

I want to get serious with the bodybuilding and get slimmer , so I need a new life style , what to eat and what to work out to lose fat , I weigh 240 pounds and I am 5'11 - 6 feet, 17 years old. . :chomp:
 
Paleo diet. Basically, only eat lean meats, veggies, eggs, and fresh fruit. No grains, dairy, or anything unnatural (preservatives, refined sugar, etc). Simple as that. Always remember that your diet, more so than your training, will allow you to lean up.

As for a workout routine, Im a big believer in Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness . Most people on here probably wont agree, but my goals probably dont align with the standard on here.
