I’m hoping I can get some sarms help
please give me the best options considering I look like crap right now
280 pounds, fat and out of shape
can’t even run around my block without getting winded and throwing up
its BAD guys lol
I’m 24 years old. Not sure what happened. I was in good shape as a teen but fell off the wagon
which sarms can give me that kick in the ass?

and clean up your diet bigtime

You need to put in the work not just take drugs. What does your diet and training look like? Let's fix that first. 0 reason to take anything right now.
