Over a thousand views for this thread? Its pretty simple, if Dbol is making your back too sore to run, just do some other cardio, like the recumbant bike. Done.
I run a lot and had no problems yet. I am currently running about 45 miles. Only felt a little pain on my back once.
I am starting my 4th week. Up 7 pounds. Same waist size.
I only make it a mile about 3 or 4 times a week. My legs can't handle the extra weight I've put on. I've got a PT test this weekend too (Army two mile run). I'm not going to pass.
