Anyone suffer from this? It's only slight but very irritating, comes and go's sporadically. I do some lifting at work using the wrist and forearm and was thinking to strap it up as best as can be , and also when down the gym.
Is there any great wrist supports to use or ways that I can strap to help take the pressure off it?
