document everything. She's not there to pick the kid up when she said? Write it down. She shows up to pick up kid drunk or high? Write it down. You show up to pick up kid and she's drunk/high? Write it down. Write down every penny you give her. Stop giving her cash and start writing checks or doing transfers to her bank account.
If she's such a horrible mom, you should be compiling evidence against her, and it shouldn't take long to get a lot. Just think of what you would have had if you'd been doing this for the last 3 years! Think of the damning evidence you could have brought into court, and how you could have gotten full custody of your daughter!
