What are your girls stats bro? There are "concoctions" that will aid or assist but they really come into play for a woman that is already pushing the boundries of ultra low bodyfat.
I second intermittent fasting diet. I'll lost weight and obv some muscle too while being completely sedentary for 6 months. And now I'm starting rehab all over again for a shattered leg. But dude I won't be fat at the end of this I tell u that.... Won't have muscle either seeing as my goal is to be able to wiggle mt toes 5 times a day.lol
