BCAA's Dosage

Beverly makes tablets and capsules...one is with chromium and something else(can't remember off hand, and best for dieting, the other is more a mass, in fact called mas aminos I believe....Any capsule or tablet you buy just make sure they are in the correct ratio. If you can find that ratio and with b6 then good to go.

I do like the powder, usually more bang for the buck in the amount you can get and thus dose with.
 
ok, Im really researching BCAAs before I buy them, alot say worthless, some say useful, some say competition diet only etc...

Is there some blend of BCAAs, FFAA, and EAAs or something that might make my decision easier? Rather not have to carry around anymore pills than I already do, but if this stuff really works Im in.
 
It really works, because they get into the bloodstream quickly. They are the real deal. They are generally thought to only help on restricted calories, but alot of people have been sorta bulk loading with bcaa's and been getting really good results. I think your best bet is finding a powder form, because generally they are cheaper, but beverly's mass aminos would be good during workout. Of course they won't be absorbed as quickly because they aren't free form, but between the two, I can't really recommend which is better. Just what I've read in reports/journals.
 
Is it okay to take BCAA's before bed since it supposedly prevents muscle breakdown?

Heres my schedule

Before workout (EMPTY STOMACH) - 10grams
After workout (then eat) - 10grams
Before Bed -10grams

on workout days

and non workout days

breakfast - 5grams
get home from school/dinner - 5 grams
before bed - 10grams
