var is a good cycle i would run a little test first for 4-to-6 weeks then run var the rest of the cycle. test should be at least a 10-week.with the above ------statement i started out low on the test/and nan-deca to see how my body responded then added test prop/enth 1/2 cc two times a week. good strength gains and allready gained 8-lbs so far everything is good so far. except the prop HURTS LIKE HELL.!!!!!
