There are 3 keys IMO to successful gains retention post cycle. 2 of them are directly in your control, the third you have to plan and execute properly and hopefully your body cooperates.
1- Keep caloric intake high enough to support the added muscle mass.
2- Training should be High Intentsity NOT High Volume.
3- Proper HPTA recovery. You are doing the right things here. HCG on cycle and a proper PCT. The only thing I might do to your pct (and this is from personal experience) is add 2 additional weeks of just nolvadex at 20mg/day. The reason for this with a cycle like you have outlined is 2 fold. 1 it is long cycle and 2 (most relevent) is that you are incorporating trenbolone. Anytime I have a 19nor (tren or deca) in my cycle i add on 2 weeks of just nolva to my pct. The reason for this is that I notice for some reason the 19nors were a bit harder for me to recover from. This additional 2 weeks of just nolva added on to pct really did the trick for me in this area.
If you do the 3 above things it gives you the best chance of good solid gains retention and there is no reason you shouldnt be able to walk away very pleased with your cycle and your gains retention.

Rlly great great info and u know that pct that u gave me . But i posted my cycle just to hear opinions. But rlly ur talking rlly awesome but when i start that cycle i will no be in hight caloric to avoid gaining fat i just want to get big with least fat i can. Last question tren dose what do u recommend. Yeah u r right after my post tren cycles the recovery was awful sooo slow take long time to fill libido ms erection like 3 months maybe
