when i started gym i was 16 and 8,2 stone, now im 17 and 12,3 stone and im about 5 ft 6. thought id show some off my gains so far still along way to go.
Dint really take it serious or train intense for awhile, try and get around 4000 cals in a day.
do chest monday, tuesday back and traps, wensday legs,thursday shoulders and forearms ,friday,biceps and triceps.
