Lex Lugar steroid arrest

What was the original warrant for? I know this sounds naive, but I don't know "Lex Lugar" or what he did or didn't do to his lady.

Does the fourth amendment have any weight anymore?

It sounds like a case of "Hey, look what I found."

It seems that a good rectification of amendment #2 could help the privacy violations that ail us (people in America, citizens and non-citizens alike).

Wrestling Star Arrested on Drug Charge

UPDATED: 9:53 p.m. EDT May 1, 2003

MARIETTA -- Cobb County police on Thursday arrested the former professional wrestler known as Lex Luger after authorities found a controlled substance in his home while investigating the death of a woman who died after she was rushed early Thursday from his residence to the hospital.

Elizabeth Hulette, 42, known in the wrestling world as Miss Elizabeth, was taken from the Cobb town home owned by Lawrence Pfohl, who wrestled professionally as Lex Luger.

Rescue workers were summoned around 5:30 a.m. to the home, which is located off of Powers Ferry Road, Cobb police spokesman Cpl. Brody Staud said.

He said the woman died at Kennestone Hospital shortly after she arrived, but authorities have not yet determined her cause of death.

"At this point, we don't know if it's a suicide, we don't know if it's a natural death (and) we don't know if it's a homicide," said Staud, who added later that there was no indication of foul play.

The woman was transported to Kennestone by ambulance. Authorities said Pfohl, 44, rode with her to the hospital. Neighbors said the woman was Pfohl's girlfriend.

Hulette had been married to the wrestler known as "Macho Man" Randy Savage but the two are now divorced.

Pfohl owns the Main Event fitness club in Cobb County.

Several hours after Hulette was pronounced dead, Pfohl was taken into custody after investigators found the illegal substance in his home.

Authorities said police recently responded to a domestic disturbance call at his home two weeks ago, during which Pfohl was arrested for allegedly beating Hulette, according to a copy of the police report. He was out on a $2,500 bond in connection with that incident when he was re-arrested on the controlled substance charge. It was not immediately clear what the substance was.

In other words while investigating the death of Luger's wife (Elizabeth Hulette or Miss Elizabeth) they found a pretty good stash of anabolics and mood stabilizers- not too surprisingly. I was watching wrestling tonight and saw a little more depth to Luger's (Lawrence Pfohl's) wife's life and the so far unexplainable death with commentary from Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollhea) and Vince McMahon- pretty tragic.

It looks like Elizabeth "Miss Elizabeth" Hulette's death was due to a mixture of pills and alcohol, according to final autopsy results. The doctors discovered that Hulette's blood alcohol level at the time of her death registered at a .29 which is four times the legal limit in Georgia for operating a motor vehicle. Along with the alcohol, she had a mixture of pain killers, nausea medication, and tranquilizers in her system. The offical cause of death was listed as accidental due to "acute toxicity".
