400mg sounds like a nice number for a first cycle....8 weeks is a little on the short side IMO. if your running enanthate or cyp it takes a couple weeks to kick in, you may want to bump that up to 10-12 weeks...as far as the anavar 30mg ED would be a waste, ive had success with 60mg ED for 6-7 weeks
