Are natural shows really all natural? Would HRT through a physician exclude someone from these shows? If so when is the proper time to get off prior to bring tested at the show to check in at the right levels?

There is a point where the heat does affect the gear but at 250 you are fine. I bake at 250 for 45 minutes.
