Hey all planing a diet plan for a Forged Lean Mass-Pct-Diesel+Tren-Pct
Stats: 6" 170lb 12%bf
Rest days:350 g protein/ 160ish g carbs/ 50ish g fat
Workout days: 364g protein/200 g carbs /91 ish g fat
Rest days:
meal 1- oat meal + milk+ whey 2000 50g p
meal 2- sandwich chicken pack 1800 55g p
meal 3- subways 2000 46g p
meal 4- can of tuna(130g) chicken pack(200g) 50g p
meal 5- chicken pack 45g p
meal 8- whey protein 50g p
meal 7- cottage cheese + 50g almonds 1864 48g p
Workout days:
