Triple threat 3\60 question

what does this mean?>? i was planning on taking triple threat for breakfast and the last meal before i go to bed, can i still do this??
if not when would ba better time to take it??

and how long should i space out between taking creatine glutamine and whey protein-- post werkout???

If you are bulking, use TT 3/60 in addition to your regular meals, if cutting, use it in place of some meals.

I do not like breakfast, so I take it for breakfast and then after training. It is a food, not a supplement, so take it as often as you like.

so having it for breakfast, with maybe oatmeal would b allrite.. and then before bed..i mite have it by it self or with something else..
still trying to find out how i should have glutamine creatine and protein- pre and post workout??
