8 pack in 6 weeks --- need help

I already posted this in the diet, weight training section, but i am on AAS so idk if its ok to be in the AAS section or not. You can close it if its not allowed.

Current cycle:

test 500mg week 1-12
dbol 30mg week 1-4
katanadrol week 8-13
ECA week 8-10, 12-13

My current pic is my avi.

I just started the PH tren. I really need an 8 pack at this point i dont care how much bigger i get, im pretty happy with the current size. Im reading an ab workout book and basically i wanna add 2 days a week where I do HIIT training with sprints. And also lift heavy on my workout days but only take 1 - 1.5 minutes between sets. usually i take 3 minutes, sometimes longer, which isnt helping me burn calories.

You think with my fast metabolism, the ECA and tren, and the added HIIT and less waiting time between sets will get me there? Im thinking for sure

My diet is oats/eggs in breakfast, protein shake w/ banana snack, turkey sandwich for lunch, protein shake w/ egg whites for afternoon snack, 8 oz meat and cottage cheese for dinner. olive oil before bed

You can achieve your goal with stated above because of a strict diet. but... I'd drop the d-bol and maybe even lower the test or add winny along with an AI too bro. No sugar at all, maybe even all fruits for awhile... good luck

Im on week 7 haha idk if i mentioned that or not

I have not needed an AI the whole cycle but i am maybe seeing a little bloat around the lower abs, should i start taking aromasin now or wait until i need to take pics in 6 weeks?

Im gonna have no simple carbs from now on
 
I was about to suggest cutting that bananna out bro...lartinos beat me to it..and, chicken is leaner than turkey...this made a difference for me. And plus one on cutting out the dbol...is this youe first run on the katana?

Ok ill get some skinless boneless chicken breasts

yea its my first run on katanadrol but not on tren which is the main ingredient in katanadrol
 
Yeah definitely switch turkey to chicken breast. Turkey has too much sodium. You may need to watch your shakes too because sometimes they can be deceiving. All you look at is carbs and protein but you need to check the sugar and the sodium content. Drink a lot of water. Cardio every morning on an EMPTY stomach.

Cool, ill be focusing on

drinking lots of water
complex carbs at breakfast and snack only
green tea everyday
cardio morning empty stomach
veggies every meal
