there's L-glutamine & there's glutamine peptides,l-glutamine still need to be digested
but glutamine peptides are predigested & be absorbed instantly.However I'm confused,I've read somewhere that says,glutamine is'nt going to make any difference.Try to wean coffee of your diet.
